Terms and Conditions
For MediTranscriber
- Intellectual Property Rights: All intellectual property rights in MediTranscriber, including any software, documentation, or other materials provided by MediTranscriber, shall remain the property of MediTranscriber. The customer shall not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of MediTranscriber, nor shall the customer reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble MediTranscriber.
- Confidentiality: The customer shall keep all information related to MediTranscriber, including any documentation or software provided by MediTranscriber, confidential and shall not disclose such information to any third party without MediTranscriber’s prior written consent.
- Liability: MediTranscriber shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with the use of MediTranscriber, including but not limited to any damages caused by viruses or other malicious code, loss of data, or interruption of service.
- Termination: MediTranscriber may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, upon notice to the customer. Upon termination, the customer shall immediately cease using MediTranscriber and shall return any software, documentation, or other materials provided by MediTranscriber.
- Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which MediTranscriber is located. Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be resolved by the courts of that jurisdiction.
- Compliance with Laws: The customer shall comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations in connection with its use of MediTranscriber, including but not limited to those related to data privacy and protection.
- Warranty: MediTranscriber provides no warranty, express or implied, as to the performance or suitability of MediTranscriber for any particular purpose.
- Indemnification: The customer shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MediTranscriber, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in connection with the customer’s use of MediTranscriber.
- Modification: MediTranscriber may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time, with or without notice to the customer. The customer’s continued use of MediTranscriber following any such modification shall constitute the customer’s acceptance of the modified Terms & Conditions.
- Entire Agreement: These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous oral or written communications, proposals, representations, and warranties, if any.
